2nd ones real, AFIAK. Its a publicity thing, but real--if its a Lambo in Italy.

Tis true... they just about manage to get the cooler box into the boot (in the front so under the bonnet then!?!?!) - They also get to keep convicted criminals cars for police use..... theyve got 911s, Ferraris, Lambos (not that one, that was donated as i recall) etc

There are Sheriffs, Higway Patrol, Police etc.

Would be California Highway Patrol as on the ChiPs TV series
