They did it last year to an Xbox 360, now theyre at it again with a PS3.

what a waste to be honest, I think a lot of people are over reacting the way theyre quewing for that machine an stuff, but some poor kid probably would of loved that for xmas.

I can see the funny side of peeing off all the people waiting, but i just think it was a waste.

They have one on ebay going for loads of money and I bet you they made some money advertising or something of some sort smashing that up to pay for 5+
I know they made money off smashing the 360.

They take donations so that they have the cash to buy the consoles, so they dont really end up losing anything themselves.

I changed my mind, I just watched the smashmywii video, which was much funnier, Possibly because there is more consoles available and people arent beating each other up over them. But on the smashmywii video all the crowd cheered and people seemed to see the funny side a lot more.

They probably made a conscious choice that they would get more advertising out of it than spending money on google ranking bumps and advertising.

In fact they probably saved themselves a lot of money...

Agreed its such a big waste but they paid for it so its up to them what they want to do with it.
