Xbox 360 Games to own?

Right its quite obvious that most of you will reccommend Gears of War as a must have game.

What other games would you also reccommend?

What are your opinions on (these im looking to purchase probably) the following and for the price (the best ive found yet) :
Saints Row - Ã,Â£27
PES6 - Ã,Â£25
Splinter cell: DA - Ã,Â£25
Smackdown vs Raw 07 - Ã,Â£30

Saints row is very good, but shortlived to be fair.

Oblivion is great, and I bet you can get Fight Night round 3 cheap now

All I play is Pes, Madden, NHL2k7 & NBA2k7. Not fussed on EA NHL - Controls are better using the stick to mimick puck control, but it doesnt have the speed & frantic action to mirror the game.

Been looking at maybe buying Madden, any other comments about it?

Would anyone reccommend a steering wheel? or not worth it?

Anyone played Dead Rising, Condemned, Double Agent or LOTR?

Dead Rising is brilliant

Condemned ive had since release but only played chapter one (flatmate liked it tho and I will one day get round to playing it

I have Battle for middle earth 2 and liked what ive played so far, just dont have the time and the missions are LONG

Dead rising is ok for a while, it isnt a long play game, good for the odd zombie bashing fun.

Can totally recommend Ninety Nine Nights, fun smashing the hell out of armies.

I can also massively recommend viva piÃƒÂ±ata, as long as you dont mind the kiddyness it is great sim game.

if you aint already played it lego star wars 2 you should consider it, not that you need it for 360 as it is available for damn near everything and the hd res really doesnt bring anything to it

Until Forza 2 comes out PGR3.

Table Tennis, ProEvo, COD3 is stunning. A lot of people are saying Rainbow 6 is also very good.

It pretty much goes without saying now.... anyone who has a 360 and no gears needs their head looked at. The game is rediculously good.

Games i ended purchasing :

GoW - Awesome. No other word for it.

PGR3 - havent got into it yet, but from what i played, pretty good.

Madden 07 - yet to get into it.

Smackdown vs Raw 2007 - Im ashamed to say i like my wrestling games, plenty of hours of fun. Great Game.

just purchase Ghost recon AW, gonna give it ago soon.
