if i remember rightly it is damn near impossible unless you have actually trained your stomach larger slowly.

saw a program with something like this a while ago, steak digests at such a slow rate that it wont be removed quick enough from the stomach to make enough space to fit the whole steak in, unless you have a stomach size far in excess of the norm.

people will be able to do it, not many though
