If you aint heard of this site before, its great. Basically they say if theyre linking to illegal content then its you-tubes fault. Apparently its perfectly legal to give the links and watch the vids, the only person in the wrong is the uploader, although Im not sure how much truth there is in that.

Shame its probably not long for this world now its got the medias attention.
I know sh*ts bad right now with all that starving bullsh*t and the dust storms and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings.

Dont count on it in the UK without legal advice. TBH the streaming company is equally responsible which is why Googles ownership of youtube is presently the subject of lots of people suing the company for holding their copyright material illegally on their server.

I wouldnt count on the other either, you can still be sued for having illegal MP3s on your equipment so video will probably be assessed as the same...
