March 23rd. Personally I dont think Ill bother for a while with it being so expensive, I know its also a blu-ray disc player but Ill have to wait a bit especially as I dont even have a HDTV.

Apart from GT5 nothing else has grabbed my attention.

GT5 and MGS4 grab my attention.

Ã,£425 for the top spec, not as bas as we feared (Ã,£500+).  Still though, the price after you buy a pack, i.e 2 games extra controller + any needed accesories will be silly.

Look at vista, straight Euro Conversion it is ok but it will actually be a lot more expensive with actual UK prices.

599 Euros covnersion is that price but I bet you you will get an actual number of Ã,£500 or even Ã,£600

Why would it be.  Thats THE european price.  Stop being so pessimistic.

I agree with Cypher, if it says its the Euro price then it should be right. Where as say, I remember when Wii was announcned in Japan they said conversion would be Ã,£133

Even if it was a conversion from 599 euros itll be no more than Ã,£450 but could be as little as Ã,£400.

If thats the case then why would you buy it in Ã,£s when itd be cheaper in Euros? Ã,£500 is around 730 euros. It wouldnt make sense.

Still - its far, far too expensive for a games console, isnt it??

Id rather spend that amount of money on a system upgrade tbh get a new GFX card, more ram, better cpu etc.
