it really is time to run away folks, BT Just bought them.  It cant be good news!

They used to be the best, then they started to get annoying, then they got downright crap.

Yeah, the worst thing is the traffic management but if you swap from "premier" or "plus" to payg you got priority traffic. They have caved in and ordered a new pipe, Im gonna stick around til May, I think if anything nasty is gonna happen, itll happen then.

heh, i left when my download speeds on 2Mb hit 10k all the damned time, this is http downloads, not P2P files.  They promised for weeks they would sort it, but never did.  I moved to Telewest, and while their customer service dept is pretty clueless their product is decent enough.

any reccomendations on who to switch to?  cant get cable in my area i dont think, been with plusnet for years and years now.
