I ordered 4 new tyres yesterday lunchtime and the bloke was out this afternoon and fitted them all in like half an hour. I think theres a bit too much air in them, but he did a great job.

I know sh*ts bad right now with all that starving bullsh*t and the dust storms and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings.

Maybe the guy just pumps up to a round thirty for most cars? He might not realise they dont need so much pressure after all.

Im sticking 27psi in mine.

I want some of those Kumho Lavender/Pink Smoke tyres for the new Cheeky :D

Poison_UK

Seems pritty good... Ive just got a new full set of Pirellies put on but its tempting to get my 3 spairs re-done by them...

Etyres were only Ã,£10 dearer than the cheapest garage and it was much less hoff.

Eagle F1s are absockuckinglutely brilliant btw.

Even in this weather? I hear they only work well beyond 5 degrees celcius (and are supposedly sh*te in bad weather).

Pete

We dont get snow in these parts :)

Well not enough to worry about anyhow. Besides its nearly summer, been topless for 2 weeks now :)

The gen con on mx5oc is F1s or Toyo Proxes are best for a 5.

Yeah I figured that from reading the posts there, those or the GSD1s. Even seen a few people mention Pirelli 7000s. If I was fitting tyres though Id want something a little more all weather and slightly less track day tbh, so Im going to keep looking at options.

Edd

i had some vredesteins on my old car, they were fantastic in the wet
