Amateur! Jalapeños are delicious, but not all that hot. Well, there are many varieties within the jalapeño species. The ones that are packaged for the English speaking world are hot, but much milder than the traditional Mexican ones. I learned this the hard way. :mrgreen:

In my arsenal right now, I have frozen chile mulatto pure, Thai bird chilis, habañero sauce, and several powders that kill on contact.

Ya, Jalapenos are those who think a Korma Curry is hot. Habaneros are the ticket :-D - just dont wear white underwear    :mrgreen:
