Im such a dumb ass....

I still have to keep going to court and stuff about the accident (because the guy who crashed into me died they have to go through a full long investication....and they keep adjourning it for 6 weeks at a time)

its a criminal offence if I dont go tho...

a solicitor phoned me yesterday asking where I was... I was in a slaughterhouse in spennymoor.... she said "oh.... weve been waiting in court for you for 20min"

was lucky tho, didnt need me anyway (as usual) so they let me off with it

got a nice letter from them with the next date on it tho (in 8 weeks) with an extra little note on the bottom saying if im not there a warrent will be issued for my arrest

I suggest you put a few stick it notes around your house and put a reminder on your phone if your the forgetfull type.

What is it exactly they are trying to work out anyway?  How fast he was going or something?

cypher... because he died the have to ahve a full investigation into it to make sure it wasnt my fault... Ive already been told that if hed survived id be fine and hed probably be going to prison for breaking my leg
thing is, its such a waste of time.. go there in 5 min, gets adjourend for 6 weeks, go back, its 8 weeks etc. etc. etc.. they havent actually done anything yet !

I dunno what happned lol... I *think* the insurance companie for my fans solicitor applied to have an expert look at the van...  then we go back in 6 weeks when theyvge dicided if thats ok...

total waste of time

the cops say it wasn;t my fault, and when the solicitor the insurance companie sent talked to the prosicutor guy he said it wasnt a bit deal either and wasnt going to be pushing too hard...

they all said I didnt need anyone to look at the van or do anything at all tbh...  but Id rather be on the safe side and gof or overkill
