The local scallies ar eyeing up the car as I drive past now, I got the McGard locking wheel nuts from Halfords in the end, Im fitting them today once Ive borrowed a 17/21mm socket wrench. Ive got one on order from eBay but it will no doubt take a week to arrive.

They dont seem to employ anyone with a brain of the capacity to aid beyond what their little cheat sheet of codes tell them to grab off the shelf - the store manager sorted me out eventually - anyway...

All seems fine and tight, the instructions mentioned rotating the wheels freely to make sure there was no inteference  :?

I jacked up the car and when I spin the wheels there is an intermittent and faint whirring/grinding, is that normal? I hate being a n00b.

its probably just the break pats gently leaning on the the break disk, its no biggir, and every car does it
