I know about the movie but I have not been able to find information that explans the name differences though

EU/UK it is Die Hard 4.0 but in the US it is still - Live free, Die hard, which is a cool title and we in the UK at least are not as stupid as Americans who need words changing so they can follow a movie better (Lord of the rings for example)

When I first heard about it it was die hardest, all cool titles now but do not understand the advertising here in the uk calling it 4.0 when its live free die hard

If they were being really insensitive and stupid they could have added, Die Hard: Princess Di and gotten railed for it.
