Seeing as in my new area im limited to one cable company and no decent high speed LLU setups. I am stuck with virgin.

However looking at their website... I want 20mbit goodness, no phone, no tv.

I cant get that according to them. If I only wanted 4mbit, then yes... no problem, but 20mbit, no no... Not allowed.

Anyone work for them? or able to give me some sort of work around to get around this requirement of "you must have virgin phone L" which in turn gets me free Virgin TV M. Neither I want. I just want high speed internet.

ring them, tell them what you want, or just go to a BT Reseller who can give you an actual unlimited 8Mb connection.  They do exist!

Except for BT... I will need a phoneline. I dont want to pay line rental for something Ill never use.

Get 4mb, then Upgrade.
