Free: cut down their size in paint and save as jpeg.

You can do the same in Paint Shop Pro, it has an automatic method so you can do loads of them at the same time. Better to use high compression. Most other paint packages should have similar.

There are also special optimiser programs for pics to be loaded to the web, I havent used one yet.

All piccys up now, so theres 3 albums witch is about 130 pics.

The other gamertag app is broken, Xbox Live app works ok.

Except jpg compression in paint is dire.

Much better "free" way, is to use XP Powertools image resizer. Select folder of files, right click... resize pictures, specify size, then wait.
