wizball. seriously tricky to get into but bloody amazing.

youre a bouncing ball, you have to collect other bouncing balls and avoid the landscape.

Truely one of my all time favourite games. With some of the power-ups and speed of scrolling once you got good at that, it was actually better than acid.
"Within your 'purview'? Where do you think you are, some f**king regency costume drama? This is a government department, not some f**king Jane f**king Austen novel!"

Cheule

Carrier Command
Frontier
SWOS
Worms
Pinball Dreams
Pinball Fantasies

All classics. :)

BigSoy

Not sure about whats already gone up but my Amiga 1200 (still running, tis in my lounge!) mostly ran/runs:

James Pond 2: Robocod
Lemmings
Street Fighter II
Populous (used to play that for hours on end)
Deluxepaint IV
Tanks (?)
Missile Command

...Uhhh. Sure there were lots more. Need to get mine out for a play again soon...

blimey - pretty much all the classic have already been mentioned

though you could always have a look at some old school platform games like Magic pockets - I also liked the adams family game and the lost vikings

Bitmap brothers (guys who made magic pockets) also produced some classics like speedball and Chaos engine but I think they have already been mentioned in this thread

cannon fodder and sensible soccer are also worth getting

also Road Rash (the biking game, lotus turbo challenge, syndicate wars and of course Elite
