Highlights include Arcana Antediluvia and The Obsidian Crown Unbound, (reaching hights of grandeur not seen since Starfire Burning Upon the Ice Veiled Throne of Ultima-Thule and The Splendour of a Thousand Swords Gleaming Beneath The Blazon Of The Hyperborean Empire Part II but this is really an album that deserves to be played from start to finish.



All hail Bal-Sagoth, barbarian metal kings! I dont think this one will be leaving my play list for a very long time.

Far from being a whiny goth record, Disintegration is a musical masterpiece, with subtle, interplaying layers and beautiful melodies, a truly exceptional piece of composition. In addition it has some wonderfully heartfelt lyrics and one of the finest love songs ever written (Lovesong). Now Faith... thats a whiny goth record

I much prefer Boys Dont Cry, thats one of my all time favourite albums.

Eeeee, dont get me started on best albums ever style postings. Theres a lot to be said for keeping some thoughts to yourself before all and sundry claim XYZ is the best or ABC is crap.

I saw ABC live a few years back. They were good, but not as good as the Human League who were also on the bill (as well as Culture Club).
