seems to be good for me. im running at 6Mb with a 700kb download over the weekend, so im far happier than the nasty Eclipse connection I had.

Turns out even though Im 1.5km away from the exchange I have between 3.9 and 6.5km of cabling between their and my house. Bloody BT. The best I can expect is about 7.5 meg I think.

PAH!   I can see the exchange from my front window !!!

(tho the phone cable comes in the back of the house!)

Hmm, the plot thickens, my router says its only connected at G.992.3 rather than G.992.5, so Im only getting ADSL2 rather than ADSL2+.
