Hi all, so I bought that 360 game "Skate" today. Played it for a bit tonight and its rather good! Nothing at all like any other skateboarding game Ive played though. Alot more realistic compared to the likes of Tony Hawks. Some things such as the camera angle constantly being down near your legs really annoys me though. Hard game compared to any Tony Hawk games!


Mario Party DS is coming out soon! I loved the original game for the N64 back in the day, having a few mates around having a good laugh on this was great! And Ive always thought she should release this for the DS. This could be fun over the wireless multiplayer with some freinds. Guess well have to wait to see if this is any good or not.


And the new legend of zelda game for the DS looks great! Seen a few TV adverts for it and it looks good fun. Anyone played this yet? Worth buying?

I wanna get skate, ive heard great things, ive heard bloody awesome things about zelda ds though, my friend says "buy a ds just for this game"

Zelda DS is awesome, but pretty easy. I bought it Friday evening and finished Sunday afternoon and I wasnt going full pelt. Beautiful game though.

God, Skate is really hard! Its one of those games where you get stuck on a line or section and you have to try and try and try until you perfect it and get it down. Much better than the easyness and unrealism of Tony Hawk games.



Any other good games for the xbox 360? Currently have halo 3, forza 2 and Skate.

Gears of War, Crackdown, Viva Pinata (honestly!), HL2 Orange Box... just a couple that instantly come to mind. There are plenty more

Ive told him to get Gears of War, also Dead Rising.
