Fried green tomatoes!

Made these to go with my pulled pork shoulder sandwich from Whitts BBQ, and washed it down with a big glass o iced tea. 8)

Just doing some roast veggies myself, potatoes, carrots and parsnips in a minty sauce, should have boiled them first or something as they are taking ages to do :(

Had deep fried carrots and parsnips yesterday and it took a fraction of the time :/

quarter red potaoes, put in bag with olive oil, egg white, salt, pepper, grated romano, bread crumbs, and herbs (no sissified mint please :lol: ). Shake, dump on to sheet pan, bake high temp for 45 minutes. Eat. Organasm.

Mint isnt sissified, its protection against being poisoned by my cooking  :twisted:
