Havent got one, or know anyone who does but Ive heard good things about them.  As long as you think youll have a need for one go ahead and get one its not like theyre that expensive either.

They may have problems with heavy cameras but otherwise worth having one available.

I have a medium size one which was a present, its really good for point and shoots, although a little unsteady for Bridge cameras such as my S5600.  You can get the large size version which is aimed at DSLRs.  They are very good.  Whats nice about them is that you can quickly reposition.
