Nice collection you've got going there, missing a dedicated macro though, go on, you know you want more lenses... ;)

Haha, I knew it was going to be good when I saw the title...

You splashed out for the 7D? I'd have sold bits and pieces and gone for a 5D... ;) Maybe the 50D and the Canon EF 28-135mm F3.5-5.6 IS USM...

Wow, and the Canon EF 24-105mm L?! You really did splash out! Are you going to get rid of the 28-135?

Would be interesting to compare the Tamron 10-24 with my Sigma 10-20

And the 17-50 VC vs Non-VC

Get some tripod set-up comparison shots going, I've always found the comparisons on the net lack a something, if you've not taken the picture it's missing your own personal variable

Didn't realise the 7D and 24-105 were new as well, you have been splashing out, you won the lottery or something??

Eye well the plan was to sell the 50D and accessories + the 28-135mm to fund the 7D.. its hanging in the balance.. i'll explain more when i see you next.. I'll probably sell the lens anyway since its a bit redundent now. Didnt really fancy full frame tbh and the 5D Mk2 is hella expensive..

Yep 7D on my desk.. shutter count = 0 :D lovely.. not a lotto win, did get a reasonable pay rise and as above i was planning to sell some gear to fund it..

ETA: the EF 50 is new too.. but so cheap no one notices lol

Pay rises are goooood, especially when you first get them after a few months it always seems you've got the extra tied up paying off other things so spend it whilst you've got it!

I do hope that its not going to be 0 for very long...

I need a new bag really, the slingshot is ok but kills your shoulder..

Shoulder bags are good for the odd few hours walking around without too much gear, I still prefer a one for a few of my days out but I'm finding I'm using my Tamrac Aero speed pack 85 most of the time, its better on the shoulders & back and can carry more gear in it but its not just a camera bag, it can also take a laptop (which I've never needed to do) and a large compartment for other things which makes it ideal for work.
