I think the shading might be vignetting from having the lens at maximum zoom.

Nope, Ive had a problem with the sensor being dirty, so I was testing after cleaning the lense.
After shooting a white background, there was a lot of dirt in the corners where I hadnt cleaned, but pushed the dirt
