Getting a new car.....
on: September 14, 2008, 19:22:26 PM
My Corolla is due its first major service next month.  Im thinking after thats done its time to jump ship and get something faster and at the same time, cheaper.  Im just bored!

So, what options do I have for the following criteria?

2 or 4 seat
3 door
hard top

£2000 to £4000 range.

Currently Im thinking along the lines of Toyota MR2 MK2, Toyota Celica, Mitsubishi FTO, Mitsubishi GTO/GT3000, Nissan ZX300, Nissan 200SX.  Im also well aware that Im looking at something over 9 years old.

EDIT: Just thought, arent all 300zxs T-Bars?

I really like the 200sx, the newest shape one that looks evil.

Mitsubishi FTO.

Spend nearer 4k to get a good one, and be really choosy over which one you get.
I know sh*ts bad right now with all that starving bullsh*t and the dust storms and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings.

Z3s did cross my mind, the earliest ones are 10~11 years old now and in my price range.

I want to get the car to enjoy a good ride, not enjoy a good "ride". ;-)

New tips to the rotor every 7000 miles or so.  Really quick, but really horrible when they need work.
