And with the wonder of youtube you can view them all before you vote.:D

The Eighth Doctors (Paul McGann) (Movie Intro, takes a while to kick in)

The Ninth Doctor (Christopher Eccleston) (crappy quality)

My favourite would be between the Fourth and Ninth/Current Doctors intro both look and sound good and its nice to see the new theme more like the old versions as during the last few doctors the music went too eighties for my liking, also Im quite fond of the TV movie orchestral version.

Im torn between the 1st, 5th and 9th. The first has some lovely deep tones, and as a musician I really appreciate the intricacies of the sounds and techniques used during a time when electronic music like that was unheard of. The fifth has a lot of nostalgia for me, and I think its the first to do something different with the theme that works well. The ninth is great as it combines the electronic score with orchestral elements, but the string section play in a way that compliments that synth. It sounds very militant and much less fantastical than the other themes.

Incidentally Im going off soundtrack alone there; the visual sequence doesnt really do much for me.
