do you talk more than 5 hours a day on a phone?
Bloody hell your bills must be worse than mine.
Notice that the phone isnte even 3G compatible.... just EDGE... so 2.5G not 3G.
Somewhat disappointing.
It does not need it is the point, why the hell would you use silly 3g tech and slow speeds when its got wifi. Although uk is slow many US cities for example are forever having more wifi zones and uk is getting there and will be the norm in less then 3 years.
When your not in a zone you can pull off an email or get vital info per say but for the most part in a city area your going to be using the net via wifi and the service will only get better.
Reading an article us net companies are very keen in taking part in the mobile industry if such phones take off.
How it works is that you got your broadband provider, you may have your home phone with them as well, new element would be the mobile. You would have mobile service, call rates etc and you sign up to it but as part of that your broadband provider is wifiing it up around the country and since your mobile and home is with them you can tie in your net usage as being your standard net use chargers so basically its all in one
You could even do away with 2 numbers and just have 1 phone number for home but is your mobile or both and set up a redirect ability when your out.
Its the way things will go and you should be better for it having all your elements tied together such a way.
