London Property

feck me it is expensive - I can barely afford a room in london - just browsing for rentals out of curiosity & decided to have a look at the more extreme end of the market

see if you can guess how much youd have to pay to rent this house for a year:

doesnt look all that great thought they have appear to have converted the attic.

nah - tis a bit on the small side and doesnt have a pool

seriously though it is pretty disgusting - you could live there for 4 years (paying over 1million pounds in rent) and have nothing to show for it afterwards.

Is anyone else up for renting one of these places & seeing how long it takes before they realise the cheque has bounced & the bailifs come round - I reckon theyd have to wait at least 14 days so there could be some partys to be had - just need to find one with a pool!

it would be very tempting to try to get one with a pool in the summer for a mad weekend

theoretically I guess if I get some false references and take one out in a false name - I could simply move in on a friday - have a party friday, sat and sunday daytime - by the time they realise the cheque has bounced then Ill be long gone - as Long as I dont trash the place/damadge anything then I guess it isnt that bad morally - empty houses doing nothing ought to be put to some use!!!!

theoretically of course - not saying I actually would do such a thing
