Providing its just nudity then its legal. Otherwise at least half the naturists in the country would be serving time.

Thinking back there was a TV programme on Lewis_Carroll who photographed many young girls. Many of these still exist and, dispite attempts to get the owners to destroy them, are legal.

TBH the law is a mess on this point and its the intent rather than the actual content of a photo that has become the issue.

There was a docu-film on Film 4 last year about that joke I couldnt believe the filth some of those comedians were comming out with some well known comedians as well all trying to create the sickest version.

I tried watching it, got terminally bored half way through and switched off.
