I think he knows he could (honestly) do a better job of it than most people, but he just doesnt want to.

I just wish someone with his balls, and honest straight forward ideas would step up and sort this country out.

In this instance I would agree, if the kid is just being a jerk then they deserve to be treated like one and suitably punished. First though they have to check it isnt something else that is the problem.

On other issues though Clarkson is perhaps the least suitable person to be PM, he would never be elected.
