Im just starting to play and I was wondering whether anyone could suggest some good learning tools ?

Ive spent most of the day on google and I have stumbled across bits and pieces but I am yet to find a single, concise guide.

Any advice ?

only thing im using at the minute is the express editions of VS 2008
(more specficially the V web Dev 2008)

dunno about learning tools though??
usually just use the msdn help and google for stuff
