I cannot see anything new just yet looks like 4 but Aurora 5 beta is on it's way

Looks like there arn't many features on the roadmap, its all about stability/future proofing at the moment; I'm quite happy with that as I still think it's too buggy/suffers slowdowns and crashes too much.

I meant Firefox in general, not this alpha specifically

Any stability and speed improvements are welcome on the roadmap, I think it has all the right features currently and they need to polish it up.

Yeah, its a bit strange, they are working on both concurrently as they are trialling a new development process structure. 5 is due out in the next couple of months.

Beta mate, 5 out live is a little further out then that.

IE 10 could be out before the years out as well.

It is the whole mindset thing. Chrome and Opera are on 10/11 FF on 4 so it must not be as good? The dumb genera user mus think.

Chrome clears resources better then FF but running a large amount of tabs Chrome uses quadrupedal amount of memory. It is only good if your running a handful of windows.
