Basically looking for something to integrate into my website.  

Want something that members can upload a picture, then add relevant information.  

Something alone the lines of the following format.  Im using vBulletin 3.6.2 at the moment (love it from an admin POV), if it can be intergrated to the users accounts that would be cool.  Someone said Photopost, but it doesnt seem to give me the options im looking for, and im not installing it on a live forum to test.  Yes i also have a test forum, but the software doesn;t seem to do what i want so wouldnt want to waste the time.  SOMEONE must have had this type of thing before.
