It definitely is Akasa mate, they hae a blue LED fan if Im not mistaken on certain models.

PC Power & Cooling - the best in pretty much every sense (warranty, design, custom change service, reliability, etc)

Seasonic and Tagan are also fantastic. I have also had good experiences with several Antec PSUs (550w EPS12V, 480 True Blue). I recently bought an Antec Fusion HTPC case which came fitted with an Antec NeoHE 430w. Turns out its actually manufactured by Seasonic, which was a nice bonus Theyre pretty hard to beat if your main concern is clean power + low noise.
