Ir runs like tar on my pc, and it doesnt even look that great Havent felt so underwelmed since I sat in a MGF.

is that the demo or the beta?

the beta run awful on mine, plus the AI seemed a little too good, or i was too slow or something

Set it away downloading last night when I saw this thread but forgot about it, too busy playing UFO Aftershock.  Will try and give it a go when I get in tonight but Im off to a Plus44 gig so it might not be a long go.

I doubt itll run very well on my system at the mo, P4 3Ghz, 2GB RAM & a 6800GT, me needs to upgrade

Runs fine here, it just looks ugly thanks to that huge UI which takes up a ridiculous amount of space on my native 1280x1024 monitor.

Yeah its quite good fun actually, not overly taxing (yet) but a good game to get your teeth into for a while.  Id definetly reccomend it to anyone who likes the original UFO/TFTD and it should be dirt cheap these days, just be sure to patch it I heard the unpatched version is buggy as hell.  New one coming out soon too, UFO Afterlight.

athlon xp3200+, 1 GB, and a x850 xt pe (well as good as )

it eats up cpu like no tomorrow with all the real time trajectory calcs
im most disappointed by the "oh noes, caint point the gun at planes" syndrome thats sneaked into it instead of the proper TA shoot at everything.

I just played the 1st campaign mission, its really good actually, for some reason its running much better today too, although it still slows right down when theres 100 units shooting at each other.

running fine just playing it, no idea how to play it mind with no help or tutorials.. its bloody difficult to pick up.

noticed the tutorial isnt up, which sucks!
