I bought myself this one for Christmas, excellent screen for the price.

And very fast display, Ive played Joint Operations, Brothers in Arms, and Quake 3 & 4 and lovely crisp sharp image with no ghosting at all.

Personally I would have a samsung 21" widescreen monitor, or I would have a samsung le23r71bdx television and use the HDMI or VGA socket for Pc use.

21" is a bit of an oddball size for a tft.  most are 20" or 22" at the mo, both of which operate at the same resolution.

The 226bw that I just ordered is HDCP compliant, which is probably what the vista compatible thing is aluding to.  Cant see it really making a spec of difference to me, unless a mate brings round a ps3/hddvd drive or something :S

Whatever you go for make sure it is HDCP compliant.  Personally Id consider samsung or dell.

Amazing tbh, although Ive not seen any other 22" to compare it to.

dunno what theyre like for games or movies but theyre good officey screens. they work better on analog than on dvi for some reason..
