I'm going to hold fire following the hype until I've seen some proper in-game I think

There's also too many games that I want to play between now and Christmas, so I'm going to try to be v. picky :o

I have so much of a backlog (some not even opened yet :-[ ), that even if I only buy Skyrim this year I'll be more than entertained for another two years.

But this looks too incredible to let it pass me by. 8)

Now that does make it look good! Between this, Diablo III and Skyrim (possibly the new Battlefield too) it's shaping up to be an immense amount of gaming possibilites.

Had it on pre-order on amazon for a while, its down to only £24.97 for the augmented edition which ain't too bad at all, can't wait but it'll end up getting it just before I go on holiday and I'll either not get to start it till I get back or be in the middle of it when I go doh.

Hmmmmmm, it seems good so far, but some of the controls are clunky and methinks this one will be another big victory for the PC, haven't got the PC version to compare side by side yet but the xbox seems to do a 'good' job but not great.

Didn't realise it was out yet...  :D

Oh god, it suffers from Duke Nukem Forever fever in places >:( some of the characters just wandering about look like they're from Half Life 2! (not as bad as Duke Forever where they where fresh out of Half Life 1 mind!)

Console limitations I'm afraid rearing the ugly head again  :'(

I ordered for PS3 so I can get the DLC, patches etc, I expect the PC version to utterly batter the consoles on this game tbh.

The PC version is 'out' but only legit copies work thusfar :)

There are no "scene" PC releases so far. North America version has already been legit released. Europe is the 26th, or friday.

I don't really care if the graphics aren't amazing. I've been playing the original Deus Ex and I couldn't care less that the gfx are 11 years old.

Too much emphasis is put on games looking good and not enough on good gameplay.
the market for young console players has dumbed down games so much and the ones who suffer are the people who really appreciate a good game. It's  such a shame and I long for a time where the priorities are reversed to mean good gameplay trumps games looking nice.
