Ridiculous. Their website is down, my cpanel password is incorrect, so is the password to all of my email address, what the hell is going on?

What can i do about cancelling etc?

Im in the same boat. My cpanel has changed passwords without my knowledge and whatshisface hasnt shown up on MSN since I first added him so Ive no way to cancel.
