Over 300 notes on ebizzle, although some may scoff and say thats a stupid amount of money, its just all in one lump sum. Unlike on a contract where you will get crap minutes and charged the earth, they always do with new handsets.

Yeah I looked on ebay, cheapest I could see were £300-£350 and not from HK.

My current contract is pretty crap anyway so I dont really have anything to fall back on if I did purchase one unlocked. I may just have to wait another month for the better deals to roll in.

Ill be very interested in seeing what you make of it though

Just hope it shows up now, chap mailed on saturday via royal mail spec del so should be fine for mon.

Not sure RE the hero, got a 25 stack of fonsecas choppered in from the UAE (auntie and uncle are out there a lot) so the humis jammed with those atm.

May go for standard Petit Corona, one of those fonsecas, or just go crazy, not sure yet not really too arsed about new year.

These phones with cameras are sh*t. I had a 3 mega pixel camera and it was total wank. Get yourself a cheap phone and spend £100 on an elixim camera.

Bit of a generalisation there, but honestly do you carry a digital camera with you 24/7? what about when you need to take a photo there and then?

And if you do have a digicam on you 24/7 must be nice to have the space.

Yeah, plus the older generation of phone cameras were a bit wank, but these new 5mpixel camera phones really are branching that gap between phone and actual camera as they actually have decent lenses.

This thing is epic.

WLAN access on it works spot on, plenty of prospects with that treat.

Also nokia have finally got a radio that works well, ok so yes you still need to plug headphones in for it to work, but heres the nice bit, its a 3.5 line in jack so you can put ANY headphones in you want. I thought no way, you would surely have to use the nokia headphones for it to get a signal, banged some sennys in and they seem to work fine!

Thats actually bloody good for a camera phone., not up to my Panasonic FZ-20 but about equal to my cheapie 5MP pocket one.

I think Ill definitely be getting this phone, I just have to be very patient now and wait for the contracts to appear.
