no i know when someone was trying to get rid of me, this guy was having a go at me for not cleaning up after him.

im usually a passive guy, i dont care if i get beaten up. in the end i will win because im not a sh*t.

i did show a lot of self control because i would have hit him. because he did hit me, however i have started the official complaints process, plus i know he owes rent etc.. an other people have complained so hopefully he will be kicked out.

Ya doin the right thing, there is always one asshole in the first year that spoils it for someone but unfortunately you happen to be on the receiving end of it. It will get better Ive certainly learnt that after last year lol but im sure Nige would have plenty to say on that lol.

take him to the small claims court to get your deposit back - make sure you do it when he is home this summer and so use his parents address - youll probably find that they wont fancy getting refused credit for the next few years and hell end up paying you lot back & get a bollocking by mummy and daddy.
